POSTPONED: February Monthly HOA Board Meeting
The Kent Schools are on Winter Break this week! To accommodate board members' and homeowners' potential vacation schedules, the board has decided to postpone our February HOA Board meeting, originally scheduled for this Thursday, Feb 20, to the following week, Thursday, Feb 27. We will meet at Nativity Lutheran Church on 140th. And as always, all homeowners are welcome to attend.

couldn't really see where or how to post besides here...just read the hoa meeting minutes from March. I am concerned about the possible relocation of our mailboxes. I am pretty sure I wont be the only one that is. Will everyone be voting on this? I prefer to keep my mailbox in front of our house, like it is now.How is it currently inconvenient for the mailman, when he or she only has to drive up to a row of boxes? in most neighborhoods he/she would have to walk or drive to each house separately. By the way, we frequently get the neighbor's mail and they get ours. Not really in a hurry to do them any favors.Besides, I would say that the location of a mailbox should be for the convenience of the homeowner, not the mailman.
